Step 6：Handover Property

At the date of handover property according to the stipulation of the Agreement, we will accompany you to recheck the property. Both you and the landlord need to sign the form of handover property after checking up.

In this step, you should be careful to the following:
    
1．Whether the property is in conformity with the Agreement；
2．If all the facilities and furniture in conformity with the Agreement；
3．Is the keys hand over；
4．Take down the numbers of water, electricity and gas meter；
5．If the Part A have paid for all charges before rent；
6. See the notifications stated in the other introduction of our web.
7. In the end, don't forget to take your keys of the property.
