Tenant Agreement

Part A hereby agree to lease his own property located in: _________________________________________ to Part B and Part B hereby agree to rent the aforesaid property for living. In order to clarify the liabilities, after friendly discussion both parties agree to sign the Tenant Agreement as follows:

 1. The rental period is ______  year(s), starting from _________ (dd/mm/yy) to ____________  (dd/mm/yy).

2. The payment of rent shall be made every      month(s),      year. and the amount of rent is __________ per month. 乙Part B shall pay a deposit of_________ for the facilities. Part B shall pay for rent in 3 days for each period and shall not delay, otherwise Part A has the right to terminate the Agreement and claim for loss.

3. During the Agreement, Part B is responsible for all the charges occurred in the property, such as water, electricity, gas, heat, telephone, TV and so on. 

4. During the period of rent, Part B is responsible for safekeeping of all facilities and responsible for any damage if any. Part B shall not make any change to the structure of the property. If needed, the change shall have a permit from Part A and the authority concerned, otherwise Part B shall take the responsibility.

5. Part B shall not do anything illegal or store anything in danger in the apartment, and shall not disturb others around.

6. Part A shall help Part B to go through all the procedures for move-in and always keep in touch with Part B to solve problems if any.

7. During the period of rent, Part B shall be responsible for flood, fire or any other losses because of mistake by Part B. If force majeure takes place, then Part A shall be responsible for the loss by himself.

8. After signature by both parties, this Agreement becomes effective and the party who brakes the agreement shall be responsible for any losses.

9. During the period of agreement, in case, any of the events such as rebuild, property exchange, or other urgent usage by Part A, Part A shall give a prior notice to Part B in 3 months before Part B moving out, and the rent shall be counted according to actual date of living and the balance shall be returned to Part B.

10. After signature, both parties shall register and go over necessary procedures in local government concerned.

11. This Agreement is in duplicate one for each party. (Parties shall show each other the necessary documents about itself).
