Step 4： Sign Agreement

If you are satisfied with the apartment after site checking and have already discussed most of the basic terms, now you are ready to sign the Tenant Agreement. We have prepared a Sample Agreement for your reference. 

You will have to add or deduct the terms according to the real situation and note that normally the following terms shall be included in the Tenant Agreement:
    
1. The name and address of both parties；
2. The location, measurement, decor and so on；
3. Facilities concerned；
3. The usage of property；
4. Time limit of rent；
5. The rent and method of payment；
6. The liability for preparation；
7. The terms of re-rent；
8. The stipulations about amendment and release；
9. The liabilities for breaching Agreement；
10. The other terms and stipulations that both parties agreed.
    
This step of signing agreement is very important, so that you have to think clear and sign in order to prevent any dispute thereafter.
