Step 3：Site Chucking

After you have found the ideal apartment from our database, you may inform us the apartment you selected by page and item number, then we will make an appointment for you and the landlord for site checking, to see if you are satisfied or not with the apartment. Our staff will accompany you all the way without any charge. 

To make site checking, you should notice the following:
1．to be on time；
2．Check up everything carefully, such as the structure, facilities, its environment and so on；
3．Ask and understand every charge concerned with rent；　
4．If satisfied, you may discuss with the landlord about the detail of the Tenant Agreement, and prepare to sign.
